  Boeing Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team to support our Boeing Commercial Airplane (BCA) Leaders. This role can be based in any of the following locations: Puget Sound (Everett, WA; Renton, WA; Seattle, WA; Auburn, WA; Kent, WA; Puyallup, WA; Tukwila, WA) North Charleston, SC; Jacksonville, FL; Kennedy Space Center, FL; Mesa, AZ; Plano, TX or Hazelwood, MO.

  This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Talent Acquisition professional and people leader who enjoys working in a growth environment, building a team, managing change and service improvement, as well as, day to day problem solving and service delivery. In this position, the successful candidate will build and develop a team of highly skilled recruiters, create an organizational model that enables alignment and continuity with our leaders, will drive recruiting team performance and deliver the best talent to the company.

  Position Responsibilities:

  Build, lead, coach and develop a team of exceptional recruiters geographically dispersed

  Develop and execute strategies to identify, attract and hire top-tier candidates

  Create and maintain pipelines of candidates that are rich in diversity and ensure exceptional candidate and customer experience

  Create and maintain trust with internal partners by consistently delivering results against the organization's hiring plan

  Leverage data and analytics to drive team strategy and efficiencies

  Partner with key stakeholders to pro-actively understand workforce planning and forecasting activities

  Collaborate and partner with key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies providing strategic guidance and recommendations

  Model the Boeing Values; promote diversity and inclusion and ensure all team members feel engaged, motivated, developed and recognized

  Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements

  Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedure and set operational goals

  Partner closely with GTA Leaders and Executives, Total Rewards, Human Resources, People Analytics, Recruitment Advertising and Communications to build the right infrastructure to support our recruiter and management teams

  Partner with third party vendors to support an internal recruiting team

  This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

  BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  5+ years of successful recruiting experience and talent acquisition processes

  3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

  3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing

  3+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management

  Experience leading, coaching, and developing others (including those who may not be your direct reports)

  Experience using a variety or sourcing tools including: LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools

  Experience building relationships with key stakeholders and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives

  Willing to travel 20% of the time or more as needed

  Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  Experience using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools (i.e. Avature, Sourcepoint, etc.)

  Experience solving complex problems, designing creative hiring strategies and driving significant value into the organization

  Experience with human resources and/or project management

  Experience with business planning and/or forecasting labor

  Experience using Workday and Tableau

  Experience driving innovation and process improvements

  Experience with candidate attraction and engagement strategies

  Relocation:

  Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

  The specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.

  Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

  Summary pay range: $109,650 - $158,700
