Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

3 years of experience assessing and developing cyber-security solutions and programs across multiple security domains.

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as required.

Preferred qualifications:

Certifications related to specific Cloud Platforms Industry-standard cloud certifications (e.g., CCSP, CCSK, etc.), or other industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.).

Experience implementing security solutions for enterprises (e.g., threat detection and hunting, malware intelligence, cloud security posture management, or identity management).

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, SEC Cyber-security requirements, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, etc.).

Ability to conduct security reviews and maturity assessments across technology and business teams to address cyber risk, as well as provide organized risk findings and recommendations to clients.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and public speaking skills.

As a Strategic Security Consultant, you will help clients assess, design, and build security programs. You will span operational, tactical, and strategic levels to address problems that businesses are facing when building and improving their security posture.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Interface with clients to address concerns, issues, or escalations, track and drive to closure any issues that impact the service and its value to clients.

Provide guidance on building or maturing cyber security programs and the implementation of tools and technologies used for enterprise security.

Evaluate client needs, coordinate design for a solution, and clearly communicate the value proposition of complex technical subjects.

Implement or assess existing security controls.
