About Strategy and Operations Lead, Partner Ecosystem and Channels

  Minimum qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  5 years of experience in management consulting, internal corporate strategy, business operations, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate advisory, or similar.

  Experience with spreadsheet analysis.

  Preferred qualifications:

  Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  Experience working with executives on strategy and problem-solving insights.

  Experience with SQL or advanced spreadsheet analysis.

  Ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and partners and influence executive decision making, while navigating complex organizational dynamics.

  Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  The Google Cloud Partner Ecosystem and Channels organization is responsible for driving the overall strategy and execution of Google Cloud's partner ecosystem to enable customer acquisition, accelerated business growth, and customer outcomes. The Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations team is aligned to the Partner Ecosystem and Channels organization and provides a broad range of functions for executive leadership, including go-to-market strategy development, business planning, performance insights/analysis, initiative management, and core business operations.

  As a member of the Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations team aligned to the Partner Ecosystem and Channels organization, you will be working with executive level stakeholders across global and regional operating units to define and implement Google Cloud strategic priorities for the partner ecosystem. You will work on initiatives spanning Global Systems Integrator (GSI), Sell and Services Partners, Internet Software Vendors (ISV), Marketplaces, Reseller, Managed Service Provider, and Partner Engineering/Product Partnership domains. You will work across all layers of the organization from the executive leaders to partner managers in the field to develop strategies to leverage partners to accelerate services for cloud products.

  The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

  Develop go-to-market strategies and advisory recommendations for executives of Global Partner Ecosystem and Channels.

  Support the strategic and annual business planning process with business unit leaders across global and regional operating units, analyze performance trends across the Cloud partner ecosystem, and develop problem-solving insights reports on key trends and drivers.

  Define and implement strategic initiatives to drive changes across the partner organization and work with Finance, HR, Recruiting, Systems, Marketing, and Corporate Communications teams to integrate key internal functions to support the execution of business priorities.

  Work with business leaders to craft enablement programs to land people, processes, and tooling changes across the field.

  Manage core business operations for the Global Partner Ecosystem and Channels organization (e.g., run of business, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), headcount planning, communications, chief of staff).
