Staňte se členem našeho engineering týmu jako Senior Project Manager!

Na této pozici plánujete, vyvíjíte a realizujete investiční projekty v naší největší sušenkové továrně v Evropě. Vaším úkolem bude podpora projektů pro inovace, růst i zvyšování produktivity.

Jak vypadá tato práce?

Spolu s klíčovými partnery napříč továrnou pracujete na definování projektu, vypracováváte rozpočet, časový harmonogram a hledáte vhodná technická řešení.

Vedete projektový tým a jste v úzkém kontaktu s kolegy z oddělení napříč továrnou i s regionálními projektovými týmy.

V průběhu projektu podporujete jeho realizaci, komunikujete s dodavateli, sledujete čerpání rozpočtu a odpovídáte za kvalitu a výsledky podle standardů Mondelēz.

Co byste měli umět?

Základem je zkušenost s vedením investičních projektů ve výrobní společnosti. Vedle toho byste také měl/a mít:

Vysokoškolské vzdělání technického směru

Komunikativní znalost angličtiny a češtiny

Technickou odbornost na vysoké úrovni

Schopnost vést tým a efektivně komunikovat

Znalost práce v Excelu, AutoCADu a softwarech pro project management
