About Global Process Owner Specialist

  Minimum qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  5 years of experience in shared services design.

  5 years of experience in program or project management.

  5 years of experience in a leadership role.

  Preferred qualifications:

  Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.

  Experience in large-scale project management.

  Experience with complex strategic and operational initiatives.

  Experience with Frontline HR business activities.

  Understanding of the People Partner and People Consultant domains.

  Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas.

  As a Global Process Owner, you serve as a process designer for our hire to retire a portfolio of activities and projects. You will be responsible for designing process and program improvements to address business needs and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction, design and plan the rollout of service changes, develop subject matter expertise on the end-to-end global operations within a variety of service areas, to facilitate meaningful and effective partner discussions, You will work closely with regional delivery teams to develop and maintain resource documentation, including process mapping, training materials and knowledge management, with a consideration for global needs. In addition advise partners on risks, dependencies, timing, and/or technology considerations supporting a multi-year service roadmap.

  The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$187,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
