　　ARC Group has an immediate opportunity for a Strategic Analyst, FPandA Analyst with our direct client in their Miami, FL offices. The Strategic Analyst, FPandA Analyst will work with a Fortune 500 company who is the leading distributor of industrial supplies in the western hemisphere. This works two days remote and three days onsite and comes with comprehensive corporate benefits.

　　This role partners with the organization's leadership and business units to identify and analyze trends and opportunities, create new data-driven metrics to support the continuous improvement mindset of the organization, support strategic business decisions, and collaborate with related departments to identify and prioritize business opportunities. This role leverages the client's data investment to provide new and customized insights to a variety of leaders throughout the organization.

　　The Strategic Analyst, FPandA Analyst is not someone given data but needs to gather and collect data from various places, work with the owners of the data, interrogate the data, cleanse it, and recommend how to utilize the data.

　　Strategic Analyst, FPandA Responsibilities**

　　Perform complex financial analyses with limited supervision on a variety of operating units, strategic projects, process improvements, and other initiatives across the companyProduce customized deliverables for leadership and articulate results and recommendations in a clear and concise mannerDevelop, maintain, and enhance monthly monitoring of key business metricsSupport a continuous improvement mindset through the use of data for business case scenariosMonitor industry, competitors, and internal benchmarking across the organizationAd hoc reporting and analysisStrategic Analyst, FPandA Qualifications:

　　Be curious - able to push for progress not waiting on perfection.BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related degree3+ years of experience in financial strategic planning and financial statement analysisStrong proficiency in technology applications both directly and indirectly related to financial data, including a demonstrated ability and prior experience utilizing business intelligence system(s) and understanding of data warehouses.Resourceful, detail oriented, and data drivenPossesses strong analytical and problem-solving skillsPossesses both a strong financial acumen and an understanding of business processes including sales, marketing, accounting, supply chain, and customer serviceAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize accordingly despite changes in scope, scale, or deadlinesHigh proficiency in presenting insights in both verbal and written communication, ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organizationExperience performing financial and ad hoc analyses using advanced Excel functionality and providing recommendations based on outcomesWould you like to know more about this role?
