If you can lead daily operations, such as preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, and assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, you might be right for this position. 　　How you will make an impact

　　Assemble a variety of technical accounting policies, procedures, and analyses

　　Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

　　Regular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts owned by Senior Accountant

　　Collaborate with FP& A and accounting management to deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial data analytics, including monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook

　　Assist in preparing GAAP financial statements, which includes data analysis, document preparation, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes

　　Assist in the implementation of NetSuite Financials, including system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration

　　Drive and manage the full accounting team performance of the close process to meet close deadlines Requirements - Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

　　CPA/MBA preferred

　　Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

　　Deep understanding of financial reporting

　　Solid understanding of month end closings

　　Adeptness in Actual Variance Analysis

　　Internal Financial Reporting experience

　　Knowledge of Year-end Close

　　Experience with account analysis

　　General familiarity with Cash Flow Analysis

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Ad Hoc Financial Analysis

　　Practical knowledge of financial analysis

　　Demonstrated technology and analytical abilities

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

　　7+ years of recent relevant financial experience
