Position Purpose: The Sr. Mission Assurance Manager reports to the PrincipalProduct Line Mission Assurance Manager and works in concert with programmanagement team members.

Pay Range: $125,000 - $175,000

Job Responsibilities:
Participate in Material Review Board and Failure Review Board activities asrequired.Develops reliability analyses as needed to support program deliverables andanalysis.Active participation in design, production/test readiness, and otherreviews and audits with the ability to make risk-informed decisions forMission Success.Provides leadership in the identification, mitigation, and communicationof Mission Assurance status and Risks to Mission Success.Experience in Design/Test Readiness/Manufacturing Readiness Reviews.Understand and mitigate risks associated with radiation effects.May include personnel management responsibilities.Other responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
10-15+ years experience in a related mission assurance or quality role.Preferred 5+ years in space mission assurance.Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent discipline.Experience in any of the following disciplines: Quality Assurance, SystemSafety Engineering, Environment/Safety/Health, Reliability, PartsEngineering, and Materials and Processes.Knowledge of Quality Systems and Processes.Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Working Conditions:This job operates in a professional office environment, but in amanufacturing company. This role uses standard office equipment such ascomputers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.
