　　Randstad is looking for a Blade Assembler for the Forks of the River area! This position would work a 12 hour rotating schedule 7:30pm-7:30am. Candidates in this role would need steel toed shoes and be required to wear ear protection. Employees are eligible for a pay increase up to $3 within 90 days. Previous manufacturing experience is required and candidates would need stable work experience for consideration. 　　Responsibilities

　　Set up, adjust, maintain, and operate equipment to produce blades of acceptable quality.

　　Perform visual and mechanical tests on blades to assure quality.

　　Maintain necessary records/charts; keep work area and equipment clean.

　　Perform finishing operations such as oiling, carton preparation, packing, etc.

　　Provide assistance in pre-grind operations as necessary.

　　Perform other duties as assigned.

　　Maintain a clean work area

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　manual lifting up to 30lbs

　　standing for 12 hours at one time

　　working weekends
