　　Technical expertise, skills and knowledge

　　University degree or Master's or equivalent in international relations, peace and conflict studies, development studies, or a related field. A combination of relevant education and experience may be accepted.

　　Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the field of peacebuilding, conflict resolution, or development.

　　Strong knowledge of peacebuilding concepts, frameworks, and practices, particularly in post-conflict contexts.

　　Proven experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

　　Familiarity with the socio-political context of Bougainville and Papua New Guinea is highly desirable.

　　Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coordinate and empower diverse teams.

　　Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented approach.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders from various backgrounds and cultures.

　　Experience in working with government institutions, civil society organizations, and local communities.

　　Fluency in English (both oral and written) is required. Knowledge of local languages spoken in Bougainville is an advantage.

　　Proficiency in using project management software and tools is desirable.
