The Opportunity
Gamewise, a joint venture of Delaware North, is hiring a VIP Account Manager to oversee VIP guest relations. As a VIP Account Manager, you will support MVG Sportsbook, Betly, and our iCasino app by building invaluable relationships with our top customers. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing personalized online offers, managing on-property and offsite events, and collaborating with both Gamewise and Delaware North marketing teams to create an unmatched VIP guest experience. Our ideal candidate will live in: AR, OH, PA, TN or WV.
This role will require travel up to 35% to regional properties and events.
Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $58458 - $66800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
Manage an assigned database of VIP guests; maintain regular and proactive communications through all channels of communication including phone, text, email, and in-person
Liaise with senior marketing to ensure all retail to online on-property initiatives are implemented effectively and efficiently
Partner with property marketing teams to collaborate on opportunities for sportsbook and iCasino players to be included in property marketing promotions and events
Play a key role in developing and implementing online VIP promotions and personalized offers
Plan and execute VIP events, giveaways, and activities to enhance loyalty, reactivate dormant guests, and attract new VIP business
Qualifications
Must be of legal gambling age
3+ years of experience in online sports betting, online casino, or land-based casino in VIP marketing, relationship marketing, or player development capacity is required
Ability to read, interpret, and make rational business decisions on player gaming data
Able to obtain and maintaina state gaming license
Knowledge of the online sports betting and iCasino industry, including wager types, user flows, rules, and the ability to communicate about them confidently, along with knowledge of various casino games and their rules
Ability to work occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays to support VIP initiatives and special events
Ability to travel up to 35% to events and regional properties
