Description We are seeking an success driven, solution-oriented Entry Level Help Desk Associate to join our team. Your main role will be to provide fast and useful technical assistance, addressing any issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers and employees understand how to use their systems and resolve any technical issues. Responsibilities: Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. Maintaining daily performance of computer systems. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively. Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers. Follow standard help desk procedures and logging all help desk interactions. Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues. Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software. Walk customers through the problem-solving process. Provide accurate information on IT products or services. Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team. Requirements: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Firm understanding of computer systems, software, networks, and mobile devices. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Knowledge of common operating systems and software applications. Good understanding of IT protocols and excellent problem-solving abilities. Aptitude for learning and understanding new technologies.
