　　WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE JOB:The American Red Cross seeks a creative and energetic User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Associate to join our enterprise digital marketing team in testing and validating websites and applications that help to deliver the American Red Cross's mission to "prevent and alleviate human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors." The Red Cross's flagship public-facing websites include redcross.org and RedCrossBlood.org and we are seeking a talented UAT specialist to support testing initiatives across these platforms.

　　Top candidates for this role will have recent, significant experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, and will be responsible to:understand, document, and communicate testing requirements.provide test estimates.create, review, and execute test cases.create and submit test reports to stakeholders.

　　WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities):Coordinate the planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks.Collaborate with stakeholders; devise the test objectives, organizational test policies, test strategies and test plans.Estimate the testing to be done and negotiate with management to acquire the necessary resources.Lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites.Conduct organized handling of test artifacts and establish a clear connection between tests and their associated specifications or requirements.Ensure the test environment is established before test execution and actively managed during test execution.Schedule the tests for execution, monitor, measure, control and report on the test progress, the product quality status, and the test results.
