Job Summary

　　Carlisle Companies Incorporated, a worldwide leading diversified manufacturer of premium building products and related technology has an immediate opening for a PVC Product Specialist to join our Marketing Team in Carlisle, Pa. This position is responsible for providing technical support to Carlisle customers on designated product and equipment regarding trouble shooting, health & safety, and new operator training. The individual in this role will be responsible for contributing technical support to Carlisle Field Service Reps on product and equipment related questions as well as developing continuing education information on installation best practices.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients.Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large.Performs training programs and start-up assistance for customers to instruct/educate them on equipment operation and specified products to increase their efficiency and capacity to properly and safely install our roofing systems.Performs fieldwork to assist customers in their respective needs such as job-site visits, troubleshooting, new operator training, etc.Implements various sales and marketing programs designed to promote the growth of the systems.Provides oversight and review of experimental technologies relating to the systems.#LI-KT1

　　Education and Experience:

　　Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or construction management strongly preferredFive to ten years of experience in the specified product category or in the general construction industry or experience operating, maintaining, the designated equipment requiredRequired Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

　　Effective verbal and written communication skills.Excellent sales and negotiation skills.Thorough understanding of technical or scientific products to be sold.Organized with attention to detail.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.General roofing & construction principles and practicesSafety requirements for roofing, hazardous materials, and driving.Knowledge of hand and power tools associated with installation of Carlisle Roofing SystemsCompany Summary
