　　Lead water/wastewater process design for the Southwest Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky region of the firmMentor water/wastewater engineers in their development of process planning and designCoordinate with B&N project teams, internally and externallyParticipate in proposal technical approach preparationCreate an exemplary client experience throughout the project delivery processPromote a positive team environment that enhances our exceptional corporate cultureMaintain quality control of services and deliverablesSkills and Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Ecological Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET accredited engineering programProfessional Engineer (PE) registration required in Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana; or ability to register through reciprocity15+ years of related water/wastewater experience. Treatment process and related software knowledge and experience is requiredSelf-motivated and adaptableExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environmentProject management experience a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office required.
