About Receptionist

　　Receives visitors/patients, determines nature of business and directs callers to destination. Frequently also responsible for answering phones and scheduling appointment.Directs caller to destination and may record name, time of call, nature of business and person called upon. Issues visitor passes when required. Often answers phones, makes appointments and answers inquiries. Types memos, correspondence, reports and other documents as requested. May perform a variety of other clerical duties. Minimum qualifications Requires high school level math and reading skills and prefer 1 year of office experience in a related environment.
