Job Summary The Field SalesManager (FSM) is the primary point of contact between Harley-Davidsonand our dealers and is responsible for driving motorcycle, P&A, and A&Lproduct sales growth, while achieving annual retail sales targetsthrough the collection of dealerships in their district/territory. FSMsare highly effective at communicating H-D strategies, programs, &policies intended to drive sales, assist dealers, and support customers.FSMs will consult with their dealers on how to best engage their ridingcommunity and support growth in ridership by encouraging marketingactivities, events, and an overall premium Harley-Davidson customerexperience.
