Reference #: 425Mott MacDonald's architectural team are looking to expand. We're looking for a project manager to join the team, to support some major project wins and the growth of the architectural teams. Responsibilities of the position will include:Manages project budgets and schedules.Develops a comprehensive understanding of clients' program requirements and standards and policies for completion.Coordination with design team, including Process, Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers.Manage complete design of building projects.Research related to building materials and systems including cataloging equipment and furnishings.Development of architectural documents, elevations, sections, details, etc. to delegate to and supervise junior architectsutilizing AutoCAD and Revit Building Information Modeling (BIM).Develops integrated sustainable solutions to technical and design problems following established standards.With little direction from more senior design professionals, develop, modify, and/or review documents to ensure design intent.Works closely with design team and assists to complete projects on aggressive schedules.Assist in developing project scope, and translatingplanning concepts into comprehensible terms for clients, designers and project team members.Manages and supervises the preparation of 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings, through red-line mark ups, with an understanding of CADD.Prepares construction cost estimates and CSI format specifications.Prepares building code analyses.Reviews submittals and shop drawings in construction administration phase.

　　We invite applications from candidates with the following experience:Project management experience of multiple projects varying in scope and scale, between $500K and $25MDesign of industrial, water/wastewater buildings and hazardous materials code analysis perferredBachelor of Architecture (BArch) Degree15-20 years' experienceProfessional registration required (US)Fluent in MS Office and AutoCADWorking knowledge of Revit, BIM, and other standard office softwareAbility to develop complete contract documents including drawings and specifications
