We currently have openings for Beverage Cart Servers. If you have a background in hospitality and are available full-time, we want to hear from you!

　　Job Description: As a Beverage Cart Server, your primary responsibility is to ensure that every guest receives top-notch food and beverage service on the golf course.

　　Essential Functions:

　　Provide food and beverage services to golfers on the course and at the Halfway House, our to-go dining venue situated on the course.

　　Perform inventory checks and restock the beverage cart before each shift and as needed during the shift.

　　Accurately input sales into the Club's point-of-sale system at the end of each shift.

　　Ensure the beverage cart is cleaned and cabinets are locked at the end of each shift.

　　Complete assigned side work at the beginning and end of each shift.

　　Execute all other duties and responsibilities promptly following established company policies and procedures, as directed by the Food and Beverage Manager.

　　Qualifications:

　　The minimum age requirement of 18.

　　Previous hospitality or customer service experience is essential, with experience in private clubs considered a plus.

　　Possession of a valid driver's license.

　　Ability to safely operate a golf cart and navigate a golf course.

　　Technical Skill Requirements:

　　Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale system to enter daily sales.

　　Ability to balance transactions at the end of each shift.

　　Interpersonal Skill Requirements:

　　Foster positive working relationships with co-workers to promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment, boosting morale and productivity.

　　Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

　　Self-starter, adaptable, and able to work with minimal direction and supervision.

　　Display excellent customer service skills.

　　A strong desire to learn and contribute to ongoing departmental improvements and enhancements.

　　Communication Skill Requirements:

　　Effective communication with guests, co-workers, and managers is essential.Physical Requirements:

　　Safely lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.

　　Engage in sitting and operating a golf cart, bending, stretching, and pulling during the course of work.

　　Work in an outdoor environment, exposed to varying weather conditions including heat, moisture, and cold.

　　Salary and Additional Compensation:

　　Hourly wage ranging from $12 to $14, commensurate with experience.

　　Earn a 15% commission on all sales.

　　Additional compensation includes commissions on sales, health, vision, and dental insurance, a retirement plan, and holiday, vacation, and sick pay.
