　　The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a Senior Program Security Manager (Level L) to join our dynamic team in El Segundo, CA, Huntington Beach, CA; Tukwila, WA; Fairfax, VA.

　　Position Responsibilities:

　　Manages a team of security experts across the Boeing enterprise for DC&N activities.

　　Ability to interpret and apply industrial security directives to achieve cost effective solutions.

　　Develops and executes integrated programmatic plans, policies and procedures and provides input on programmatic business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.

　　Acquires resources for program activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

　　Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

　　Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

　　Able to communicate to all levels of Boeing Executive Management

　　Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers.

　　This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

　　Shift:

　　This position is for 1st shift

　　Security Clearance & Export Control Requirements:

　　This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final U.S. Top Secret (TS) Clearance is required.

　　Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

　　5+ years of experience in Industrial Security

　　5+ years of experience as a lead or manager

　　Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

　　Bachelor’s degree or higherRelocation:

　　Position may require travel up to 30% of the time.

　　Pay range: $141,100 – 190,900
