　　As a Print Pressman Assistant you will be responsible for helping run large Rotogravure Printing Presses. You will be learning to maintain the press and refill inks as well as do quality control while printing. Machine operator helpers are measured by their ability to use as much material as possible during the manufacturing process and ensure that there is little to no waste material, or scrap. You must comply with company safety rules and regulations in machinery operation and assistance. Requires bending, lifting, standing, walking. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Company is a non-air conditioned facility, but does have spot chillers. Hydration is essential during the hot months. The company is looking for a hard worker who is curious and eager to learn. The role will start out as temporary with the intention to be brought on permantly, based on performance. Base pay of $15.hr to start, but will be moved up based on performance once brought on permanently.
