Job Description:

We’re looking for Business Process Senior Associates to join our team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to be responsible for data entry of transactions with utmost attention to quality and quantity.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures

Handle highly sensitive and heavily regulated funds

Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors

Render overtime work on a daily basis during high volume week

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply

At least two years of relevant back-office experience

Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)

Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:

Exposure in medical adjudication, claims processing, data entry, and back-office support

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
