Responsibilities and Basis experience include but are not limited to:
Senior Mechanical Engineer with minimum 10 years experience in combatant craft mechanical systems design and proven leadership in marine system design.
Experience with workforce development strategies and direct development of training material a must. Familiarity with CCD function across the life cycle to target audience appropriately is important.
Knowledge of Technical Warrant Holder chain of command, purpose and function and associated policies and standards for combatant craft design.
Well written, well spoken with tools and vision to assemble succinct targeted presentations with linkages to Navy standards and policy.
Minimum Requirements include:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Current secret security clearance .
Must be able to travel.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
