We are seeking a Cash Application Specialist in CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa. The role involves reviewing customer deposits, preparing service invoices, and conducting account reconciliation. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing customer deposits and applying them to customer accounts

• Preparing service invoices for clients

• Reviewing consignment forecasts

• Researching price variances and preparing debit memos

• Reconciling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Utilizing accounting software systems, CRM, Crystal Reports, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools

• Handling billing functions and cash activity

• Operating MS Dynamics 365 Business Central - MUST HAVE!

• Regularly reconciling accounts

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Knowledge of Crystal Reports

• Ability to work with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) processing

• Understanding of Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions

• Capable of handling Billing Functions

• Expertise in Cash Activity management

• Experience in Cash Applications

• Proficiency in using MS Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Ability to perform Account Reconciliation tasks
