Description We are offering a unique opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Bloomington, Minnesota. In this role, you will be fully on-site and your main tasks will revolve around processing invoices in Microsoft Great Plains and managing a backlog of invoices. The role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity and you will be directly contributing to the broader telecom provider industry.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient processing of invoices in Microsoft Great Plains

• Management of a backlog of invoices, freeing up higher level accountants to focus on more advanced duties

• Execution of a three-way match process to ensure accuracy of invoices

• Utilize skills in account reconciliation, check runs, and coding invoices for accurate data entry

• Efficient invoice processing using Microsoft Excel, MS Great Plains Accounting, and MS Great Plains Dynamics

• Timely entry of vendor invoices and handling approved invoices. Requirements • Prior experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk for at least one year is required

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary

• Familiarity with Check Runs and Coding Invoices is expected

• Strong Data Entry skills are required

• Experience in Invoice Processing is necessary

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Knowledge of MS Great Plains Accounting and MS Great Plains Dynamics is necessary

• Experience in entering Vendor Invoices is expected

• Ability to handle Approved Invoices is required
