　　Randstad is actively seeking for an experienced Purchasing and Sales Support port Coordinator for a contract-to-hire opportunity. The role will require you to work closely with the Purchasing and Sales Team processing orders, owning the process of order for large corporate businesses and working closely with the customers. This will require you to go into the office which is centrally located in Louisville, KY. The company has a competitive benefits package with a profit sharing paid out quarterly. 　　Responsibilities

　　Ensure accurate order confirmation and timely entry of orders received from customers

　　Oversee orders as they are filled by the company or servicing affiliates, communicating changes or providing support when necessary

　　Confirm receipt of orders to customers with correct pricing

　　Maintain proactive communication with external and internal customers, addressing changes and providing necessary support

　　Work closely with the Purchasing team to enter Purchase Orders and send them to relevant ChemGroup affiliates for processing

　　Provide oversight, communication, and customer service support during the order fulfillment process

　　Assist the Sales Support Manager in coordinating, communicating, and providing sales support for the growth of corporate accounts

　　Collaborate with the sales team to align sales support activities with Strategic Growth plans

　　Facilitate the onboarding process for new corporate accounts
