About the Role & Team
The Guest Experience Services Return Associate will support the Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts Merchandise operation! You will provide communication to assist and recover sophisticated or difficult Guest situations, providing Guest service by email, telephone and mail. The Guest Experience Services Return Associate will report to the Guest Experience Manager – Liquidation Region.
What You Will Do
Research and respond to post visit Guest merchandise concerns such as returns, damaged merchandise, artwork repairs and shipping issues.
Perform discovery with Guests to provide personalized service and recovery.
Address the needs of our Guests by establishing a positive relationship with an emphasis on excellent Guest service.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft products
Knowledge of Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts
Excellent conflict resolution skills
Experience handling confidential information
Aptness for working with difficult or sophisticated Guest situations
Experience building relationships
Flexible scheduling availability, which may include weekends and holidays
Valid U.S. drivers’ license
Willingness to drive a company vehicle
Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
Written and Verbal proficiency in additional languages
