Remedy Analyst with BMC Certified Professional in the application experiences or certifications at the advanced level in: Remedy Help desk / IT Service Management (ITSM), Remedy Asset Management, Remedy Change Management, Remedy CMDB, Remedy Service Level Management, Remedy Service Request Management, Remedy Smart IT / Digital Workplace, Remedy Import Tool, MS Windows Administrator, Oracle Administrator, Microsoft Certification, CompTIA Security+ Certification, BMC Certification, ITIL Foundations Certification, Remedy version upgrades involving significant customizations, or equivalent with Buyer's acceptance.Provide design and development of complex solutions, such as version upgrades incorporating the current customizations of the Remedy Suite. Highly experienced technical analyst will use his/her exceptional skills and experience to address complex design and implementation issues, while coordinating efforts with other Remedy AnalystsPossess excellent Remedy Suite configuration, extensive Remedy programming (e.g., ARS coding and code modifications with filters, active links, escalations, etc.), and data and work flow migrations skills and experience. While also providing technical consulting for problematic and technically challenging designs and/or issues D. Remedy ARS and Application Suite (e.g., Helpdesk, Asset Management (AM), Service Level Management (SLM), Change Management, and Oracle database) experience.
Qualifications
Secret security clearanceRequires BMC Certified Professional or equivalent experienceRequires 12 + years of experience
Experience shall include:
significant application (including client and web application and platform functionality) assessment, configuration, code modification, application (code) enhancement, testing, debugging, resolving errors/issues, and migration experience.
Project Participation and Mini Project Leadership Skills: Proven ability to work a project and tasks from start/finish in coordination with local project manager
