WWRR includes business, product, program, operational, data, and software engineering teams, who together manage the lifecycle of returned and damaged products.

Amazon Warehouse is a channel within WWRR that offers great deals to customers on quality returned, used, pre-owned, or open box products. We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst with a strong skillset in analytics design and data presentation to drive business performance. In this position you will build dashboards, metrics, and mechanisms to support category management, CX, and marketing initiatives using existing and not-yet-identified data for a growing business. The successful candidate will be analytical and detail-oriented, with a passion for process improvement. You will work closely with teams from business, technology, business intelligence and finance to measure performance and support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reporting.

Key job responsibilities

-Will have relevant experience in data analytics working with large data sets and to extract and transform data using various tools and technologies

-Will transform data into actionable business information, and will make it readily accessible to stakeholders in an easy to consume format

-Will be passionate about finding root causes, trends, and patterns and how they impact the Amazon Warehouse business

-Will draw inferences and conclusions, create dashboards and visualizations of processed data

-Will be able to work with product and program owners to understand key business questions to build reports that enable product owners to answer those questions quickly and accurately

-Will be very comfortable juggling competing priorities and handling ambiguity
