Our client, Q2 Solutions, a leading global clinical trial laboratory services organization providing focused on comprehensive testing, project management, supply chain, biorepository and specimen management, and clinical trial sample and consent tracking solutions is seeking Associate Scientists top support their vaccine laboratory and the vaccine development life cycle.

General responsibilities:

To provide general lab support to the Vaccines Lab Operations Department and assistance to department team leads and Manager(s).

To assist the Lab Operations teams in completion of all required tasks to meet departmental and project goals.

To be familiar with GDP, relevant SOP’s and internal sample tracking systems.

To assist project teams with study specific documentation and guidelines as appropriate.

To manage clinical sample inventory and pulling and preparing of samples for Lab operations assay testing.

To set up, organize and maintain clinical study documentation including preparation for internal/external audits, final reconciliation and archival.

To conduct routine maintenance of lab equipment including plate washers, incubators and BSCs and complete and maintain equipment logs per TSOP.

To attend project team and department meetings/

To monitor and order study supply inventory.

Receive, log and store critical reagents.

Create shipments and complete customs paperwork for packages to external collaborators.
