The Randstad Digital (RD) Fulfillment Manager is the single point of contact for the client relationship manager (CRM), vendor management organizations (VMO) and internal teams servicing large, national accounts and those with a VMO (MSP, on-site program, master vendor or other similar vendor program) in place. The RD Fulfillment Manager is responsible for ensuring and facilitating flawless execution of the job cycle (from job order to candidate placement) by managing the job order process,
ensuring client/VMO satisfaction and contract compliance, managing communications between the CRM, VMO and/or internal delivery team, and overseeing the candidate submission process in collaboration with RD’s sales and recruiting teams. The Fulfillment Manager will exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance that are directly related to the management and operation of the business and will act with minimal supervision 50%+ of the time.

Building and maintaining working relationships with CRMs, VMOs and internal RD sales and recruiting teams, with the goal of growing the business relationship.
Facilitating and streamlining communications with the CRMs, VMOs and internal RD sales and recruiting teams to ensure excellent delivery and compliance with contract requirements. Attending and representing RD on all supplier calls with CRMs/VMOs.
Reviewing and interpreting job orders received from CRMs/VMOs in order to identify requirements for front office/applicant tracking system, and communicating with CRMs/VMOs to ensure requirements are met.
Serving as the escalation point for job order distribution and response within various sales and recruiting teams.
Serving a quality assurance function by rejecting candidate submissions that do not meet requirements, and making final decisions on the submission of candidates to CRMs or VMOs based upon submittals made to the Fulfillment Manager by the recruiting team(s).
Ensuring compliance with contracted SLAs, rules of engagement and rates, with responsibility for avoiding/reducing financial penalties. Occasional attendance at quarterly business reviews.
Negotiating bill rates/exceptions with VMO.
Preparing client bids for contract labor programs in conjunction with client services.
Tracking and documenting orders, postings, candidate status, submissions and onboarding of new hires.
Managing and monitoring the onboarding process for new hires.
What you need to bring:
High School diploma or equivalent required
College degree strongly preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Experience presenting to C-level executives
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
Strong management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building
Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

The base salary range for this position is $46,835.00 - $66,800.00
