About Whole Brain Subject Matter Expert(s)

  At Herrmann, we have many exciting projects helping clients build a Whole Brain common language throughout their organization. Based on client demands, we have an ongoing need for Whole Brain Subject Matter Expert(s) to support the Herrmann team with key clients/initiatives and/or projects. This role requires a high level of expertise and experience using Whole Brain Thinking for consulting with clients/prospects and working closely with the Learning/Product teams, to leverage expertise and ideas and communicate, to develop and to assist implementation of current and new products/applications and initiatives that come out of the strategic dialogues with our clients to create ongoing value for them.

   

  Herrmann, the HBDI, and the Whole Brain® Methodology have been around for nearly 40 years, and we recently introduced the Herrmann Platform as the SaaS delivery system of our solutions.  You will contribute to either short-term or long-term projects, depending on your background and experience applying Whole Brain Thinking alongside project fit with the Herrmann team.

  DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION

  Ability to be SME, subject matter expert, on Whole Brain Thinking.

  Develop a strong understanding of client/project needs by working directly with the client and/or with other project team members.

  Be comfortable leading a project, or being a collaborative project team member, depending on client need. 

  Assist our clients engage in products, services and applications already purchased as well as assist with a strategic plan for Whole Brain Thinking growth inside the client.

  Have the ability to demonstrate current and future products, services and applications in a strategic way to existing clients and occasionally new prospects.

  Collaborate with Product and Learning teams to pilot new products, features, programs, including but not limited to eCert and services with clients, and collaborate on refining those products and services.

  Closely partner with Learning & Content,  Product & Engineering and Marketing teams to bring back client feedback in order to develop/create new products, services and applications that will drive value that will lead to engagement and growth.

  Ensure effective handoff of the client post engagement

  QUALIFICATIONS

  Experience in organizational development strategy consulting and the role of SME in SaaS/HR Tech with proven ability to effectively influence, engage and work with organizational leaders advising, coaching and guiding around optimizing talent through Whole Brain change, growth and development strategies

  Certified in HBDI and have been practicing Whole Brain Thinking in an enterprise context for a minimum of 5 years

  Experience with learning and development strategies within enterprise organizations

  Proven results working within all levels of an organization from the C-level executives to middle management to front line staff.

  A positive, self-start and motivated individual with a collaborative attitude 

  Highly proficient in Google Suite/Microsoft Office and web-based SaaS customer platforms 

  Excellent oral and written skills combined with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization including executives and C-level

  Strong organization and time management skills

  Prior experience working in a remote, global, and distributed environment

   

  REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  Bachelor’s degree

  Expert at strategic organizational development consulting/developing solutions leveraging a SaaS environment

  Expertise or experience in learning and development, learning design and delivery in large systems

  Proven, measurable, and successful experience driving growth in a team environment

  Ability to develop and manage multiple opportunities at the same time

  Strong creative problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills

  Must have a verifiable history of supporting team selling/growth environments where those teams exceeded their revenue targets

  Preferred Masters Degree in OD, Organizational Psychology, Business, Management Science, Leadership

   

  We are a 100% remote-working company, and this role can be performed from any location of your choosing, so long as you have a high bandwidth internet connection and a relatively quiet workspace to work.  Anywhere can be your office!  

  You may be asked to travel when needed, depending on project needs, that require physical presence.
