All room supplies - stationery, crockery, glasses etc to be replenished by room attendant. Report any stains on carpets or soft furnishings immediately to Housekeeping. All rooms to be vacuumed daily unless requested otherwise by a guest. Vacuum outside every room, paying attention to corners and edges. Damaged or stained linen must not be used. Bring back to Housekeeping for discard. Bedspread covers are to be changed regularly. All bathrooms to be cleaned as to standards and how you were trained. Do not touch any items belonging to the guest and throw out what is only in the bin. Stock trolley at end of shift and empty vacuum. Ensure your storeroom is clean at end of shift. Any late service rooms must be announced to your supervisor before you leave the floor, to enable the room to be allocated to other staff. Return to Housekeeping with work sheets and keys.
