WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Develop project plans, timelines and budgets for logistics initiatives.
Coordinate and execute projects to enhance the efficiency of warehousing, transportation and distribution processes.
Follow up all capital expenditure(Capex) process and reporting to spend plan to Finance Team.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the logistics and supply chain functions.
Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, Operations and IT, to ensure seamless project execution.
Communicate project updates, milestones and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.
Lead all types of machinery and building based projects in the Warehouses by following related Local & Unilever Technical Standards and implement projects with his/her team in line with Safety & Quality procedures.
Establish convenient periodic & preventive maintenance programs for new equipment. Also organize related corrective actions for new launched machines if needed
Follow up all “Third Party” related supporting jobs beside main project execution.
Lead all project related employees in terms of Safety, Health, Environment based issues.
Identify potential risks in logistics projects and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Implement contingency plans to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Experiences & Qualifications
1-3 Years’ experience of Project/Automation Engineering in FMCG / Warehouse / Logistics related Industry or gained in an engineering consultancy environment.
Min 1 year of Project Management experience. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.(Preferably Electric-Electronic, Mechanical - Mechatronic, Automation Engineering)
Skills
Working knowledge of AGV/AMR, Handling Equipments Automation and Industrial Robotics.
Understand working principles of sensors, motors and able to commission them
Knowledge of PLC, Drives, Communication, Electrical Control and Circuit protection hardware
Knowledge of electrical wiring and installation
Knowledge of industrial communication interfaces
Able to read and form electrical diagrams in Eplan
Able to use CAD software
Working knowledge of Contract Management & Conflict Resolution
Working knowledge of Budget Management
Excellent Turkish & English
