Kforce's direct client is looking to add a Prophet 21 Administrator to their team. This can be contract to hire or direct hire role; hybrid King of Prussia, PA. They may consider 100% remote for the right candidate.Responsibilities:
You will be a leader in implementing and supporting all facets of Prophet 21
A change agent in developing business solutions, using Prophet 21 and its integrations
Be the liaison/representee between Epicor's support department and the Technology Group; You will be the company's Subject Mater Expert on the P21 System
Other duties may be assigned:
Support the P21 ecosystem and P21 users as a second level resource
Maintain and support changes to the P21 ecosystem including P21, SQL Database, screens and reports and integrations with other systems and solutions
Jitterbit, Bommie, SalesForce.com, BizSpeed, RoadNet, GeoTab, Mercury Gate, SAP, et al
Partner with business and IT stakeholders on Epicor platform enhancements
Provide overall ownership and leadership of P21 Change Management processes
Serve as a member of the IT security team
Keep current with Epicor/P21 product roadmap to provide input and guidance to the IT strategic plan
Support merger and acquisition activities by actively assisting in integration tasks
Work with business stakeholders to refine and instantiate within P21 best practices for the business
Manage and administer the P21 and SQL server systems
Support end user training and instruction
Support, implement, maintain, and test high availability, back-up/recover, disaster recovery, and Business Continuity of the P21 ecosystem as appropriate
Work within the IT team to effectively monitor the P21 environment
Work With MS SQL, SSIS and SRS tools
Prepare and maintain appropriate system documentation
Bachelor's degree - Bachelors' degree or equivalent work experience
At least two years of experience with the following technologies and products: Epicor P21, including experience with the P21 API Server, SQL Server, Jitterbit, Bommie or other API servers
Knowledge of Change Management, Instance Management, and Agile Development principles
Knowledge of information security concepts, principles, and methodology
Understanding of data management, data quality, and data governance principles and practices
Familiarity with Cloud Computing concepts and implementations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter capable of working independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple workloads and priorities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
