　　Interested in growing with a thriving company as an Accounts Receivable (A/R) clerk? The Accounts Receivable Clerk role is a permanent position in the Little Chute, Wisconsin area. In this role, it will be critical for you to enter, post and reconcile batches, research and resolve customer A/R issues, prepare aging reports, place billing and collection calls, maintain cash receipts journal, and update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L.

　　Key responsibilities

　　Answer questions from shippers, customers, the sales/marketing department and other stake holders

　　Follow standard procedures for billing

　　Post and balance financial information in a number of ledgers while reconciling bank accounts

　　Process payments and compiling segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance with GAAP

　　Correspond with clients to resolve payment issues and set up payment plans

　　Carry out, convey, and strengthen the mission, values and culture of the company

　　Requirements - Skilled with ERP systems

　　Relevant experience in accounts receivable

　　Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)

　　Solid understanding of High-Volume Invoicing

　　Credit Memo experience

　　Knowledge of billing

　　Established analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field

　　Be detailed, flexible, and organized
