Job Description Summary
The Solutions Architect is responsible for analyzing and translatingbusiness requirements and technical requirements into an architecturalsolution blueprint that will help achieve Lamb Weston\'s businessobjectives. This position is responsible for application architecture,solution design, deployment architecture, and integration design, thatwill help achieve Lamb Weston\'s business objectives. This role requiresclose working relationships with Business and Global TechnologySolutions (GTS) stakeholders, internal customers, architecture teams andprogram offices.
Job Description
Develop solutions and designs that are global, efficient, secure, inline with agreed architecture guidelines and respecting local legacyapplications.Partner with business leaders, BRMs and peers to understand thebusiness requirements, recommend solutions including advising onsystem options, risks, cost vs benefit and assessments of businessand technology impacts.Co-develop strategy and roadmap for Enterprise solutions includingapplication architecture, solution design, deployment architecture,and integration design.Bridge the gap between business requirements and the implementationof technology solutions, balancing global and regional interests.Continually researches and applies current and emerging technologiesand to propose changes where needed.Work with Infrastructure, Operations, Security, Data and middlewareteams, as well as the Support Service Partners, to define preferredtechnologies and capabilities to drive business strategy.Review business and technical requirements, focusing on solutiondevelopment throughout the project lifecycle, supporting developmentand testing activities, evangelizing best practices and provenpatterns, and escalating architecture issues and concerns.Prepare presentations, documents, diagrams, models, and otherartifacts as required to communicate analysis, recommendations, ordesigns.Provide supervision and guidance to development teams.Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree usually in Software, Engineering, ComputerScience, Math or Information Systems.7+ years work experience in consulting, systems, integration orarchitect role.Extensive SAP OTC knowledge (sales and distribution) in SAP S/4HANA.Well acquainted in integration with other modules likeFI/CO/IM/(E)WM/MM/PP, IBP, QMKnowledge of SAP Trade promotion management is a plusIntegration knowledge with Salesforce CRM.Must be an expert in analyzing, creating system specifications, andimplem nting business solutions utilizing SAP and Salesforcetechnologies.Experience working in a global environment with a focus onharmonization and standardization.Project management skillsStrong interpersonal communication skillsAnalytical thinkerNatural interest in new technologies and technical trendsIndustry-Competitive Benefits
