　　Hiring for a Property Maintenance Technician for buildings located in Pawtucket and Central Falls, RI.

　　Property Maintenance Technician:

　　Perform general property maintenance functions. May include replacing simple equipment, setting up equipment, laundry and housekeeping functions, maintaining company grounds, etc. Will be driving to different sites on a daily basis.

　　Technicians would need to use their own vehicles for which they are reimbursed for gas.

　　Hours for this Property Maintenance Technician position are M-F 8am - 4:30pm

　　Pay for this Property Maintenance Technician position will range from 22 - 25 per hour depending on experience.

　　This is a permanent position.
