In your role, you will
Manage strategic planning and budget for recruitment marketing and employer brand activities in collaboration with a cross-functional internal taskforce and with agency partners
• Act as main contact with Human Resources Talent Acquisition team and agency partners to define recruitment needs and deliver talent attraction campaigns
• Lead governance for major Employer Brand strategies and campaigns, including events
• Build Bombardier’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders, from research to implementation
• Oversee the HR content strategy for social media to drive candidate attraction and engagement
• Collaborate in the revision process for employer branding content in our internal and external communications
• Use qualitative and quantitative analytics to generate insights and measure performance of attraction campaigns and social media channels
• Provide recommendations and tools to optimize usage of recruiting platforms and support ad-hoc requests
• Become the expert and person of reference for market intel as it pertains to Employer Brand trends, opportunities, best practices and share internally to build expertise.
Occasional travel may be required. A certain amount of physical or repetitive work may be required in some cases.
As our ideal candidate
• You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Marketing, or another related field
• You have 4-6 years of experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies, and/or in marketing communications, or digital role
• You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• You have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, applying a methodological approach and diligently managing timelines and budgets, while keeping cross-functional teams on track
• You have a solid understanding of brand strategy as well as social media, and recruitment platforms
• You have great organizational, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills coupled with a creative mindset
• You have strong interpersonal skills and professional presence necessary to interact with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders
• You are autonomous with the desire and ability to perform as a collaborative team player
