A Place to Be Proud.ResponsibilitiesPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms administrative duties for the Vice President of the Office of Technology Commercialization (OTC) and corresponding staff membersCoordination of business events: Manages calendars, schedules appointments and meeting locations. Preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes, when neededManages travel arrangements including air reservations, hotels and conference registrations. Develops travel itineraries in alignment with NCH standards. Responsible for the completion of reimbursement requestsActs as an OTC ambassador for all on-site guests and site visits.Coordinates special projectsOrders supplies and equipment; submissions of IS Tickets when equipment needs service/repairAssists in the oversight of the daily operations of OTC, such as time card management.Provides excellent service to both internal and external customers by applying best practices and standard operating procedures. Anticipates problems and proposes solutions in advanceAssists in creation of moderately complex correspondence, spreadsheets, and visual presentations for projectsSupports, communicates, implements, and enforces the philosophy, mission, values, standards, policies and procedures of The Research Institute and Nationwide Children's HospitalPerforms other related duties as assignedQualificationsQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent with business coursework preferred.
