(available not required) As Property Caretaker your duties will include but are not limited to; minor maintenance, cleaning, apartment turns, work order completion, grounds maintenance, etc. You're qualified for this position:you must have basic mechanical skills, ability to effectively communicate and appropriately interact with individuals and be able to work with minimal supervision. Also available to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7a.m. and 6p.m. You must also have good attention to detail and pass a criminal background check.
