The incumbent will evaluate, diagnose, analyze &troubleshoot electrical functions of the extrusion process as itpertains to all electrical equipment, instrumentation and computerizedprocess control systems. Must have the ability to interact and work withEngineering, Construction Services and Manufacturing Personnel in a teamenvironment. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - Responsible fortesting, calibration, and preventive maintenance (PMs) of electricalequipment and instrumentation; as well as maintaining records. -Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and control systems such asAC/DC circuits, AC/DC motors, analog and digital circuits, VFD / DCDrives, and power supplies - Performs appropriate Lockout/TagoutProcedures for all machinery and equipment repairs. - Provides projectsupport to electrical, instrumentation and electrical control systemsprojects - Performs all other plant electrical maintenance asrequired. - Interpret drawing and wiring schematics - Demonstrateleadership, initiative, accountability and responsibility for alltasks. - Should possess solid industrial mechanical skills to complementelectrical skills. - Maintains a strong safety awareness and knowledgeof plant electrical processes and safety procedures. WORK HOURS:FULL-TIME, 12 HOUR WAGE: \$20.00 - \$30.00/Hour Paid Weekly.Overtime after 36 hours on short week and over 40 hours on long week.SIGN ON BONUS: \$2,000 - Paid throughout the first year of hire
