Responsibilities:

Conduct cash analysis for investment vehicles on a daily/weekly basis.

Approve payables and manage expenditure workflows across various systems (NEXUS, Paymode-X/Kyriba, MRI).

Handle internal and external inquiries as needed.

Oversee monthly account roll-ups, reconciliations, and Flash Report preparation for investment vehicles.

Lead quarterly close processes, prepare financial statements, and manage investor reporting.

Coordinate annual audit and tax preparation, including responding to related inquiries.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related

5+ years of accounting experience in real estate, development or multi-family spaces or real estate private equity

Ability to assess and apply accounting standards to significant transactions.

Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to foster a positive team environment.

Highly organized, flexible, and diligent in follow-up tasks.

Preferred experience with MRI and Juniper Square.
