　　Assist in a broad range of administrative support for property managers for residential, commercial and/or community association properties

　　Prepare budgets, financial documents and other reports

　　Process tenant applications, leases, or contracts

　　Arrange insurance requirements

　　Discuss leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership with prospective tenants

　　Organize property, maintenance, and landscaping repairs

　　Gather monthly rent and fees Requirements - Strong interpersonal skills and computer competencies are necessary

　　Demonstrated knowledge in real estate, financial and/or contract preferred

　　Demonstrated experience in customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation
