And if that's you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionAs the Project Management Office Specialist (PMOS), you will support the North American Life-Cycle Services (NA LCS) PMO office objectives and the NA LCS Project Management community.This role is designed to ensure that the NA LCS Project Management community has full PMO support that ensures LCS PMs have the tools and training to plan, control, and manage project deliverables that meet the strategic framework business objectives and global standards.You will help to support and provide guidance around NA LCS project management processes and delivery methodologies and ensure compliance and governance around these processes.You will report to the NA LCS Regional PMO Manager, providing support anywhere in the United States and Canada This role can performed as remote position in the US.Your Responsibilities:Collaborate with the business unit(s) and support departments such as project administration, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing (ISC) etc. to ensure all partners are informed and to support project management delivery mechanisms and requirements.Engage in critical projects and reviews with their supporting PMs to ensure margins are maintained or improved.Support LCS project reviews providing mitigation guidance to help ensure complete project success. This requires complete understanding of BU objectives.Support project health and portfolio risk, where opportunity is identified, assessed, and managed amongst the team.Frequently consult on projects led by others providing input on high-level delivery issues.Provide support on the PM Associates program and project management certification processes.Suggest and review updates with affected stakeholders on integrated project management delivery documents and templates for the QMS library (processes and procedures).Responsible for process improvement activities within assigned business role.Develop and communicate program/project information for LSC and business senior management in scheduled and ad-hoc meetings.Communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form, to a broad audience of varying technical and cultural backgrounds.Provide executive-level reports and support of readouts / action items to leadership.Onboarding of new PM's and supporting any training activities and monitoring required to ensure successful integration of PMs into the delivery teams.The Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelors degreeLegal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.The ability to travel 10% of the time.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:8+ years of professional experience with 5+ years experience in project managementPMP certificationAbility to lead, influence, motivate and resolve conflict within a team environment to meet program goals efficiently.Independently manage the coordination of activities and held responsible for results.
