HARVEST BARN PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

　　GENERAL SUMMARY:

　　Provides a wide variety of general administrative support to multiple Managers, superintendents, and supervisors throughout the harvest floor; serves as administrative liaison with the employees and the supervisors within the harvest department regarding administrative issues related to Employees, and operations. Coordinates office services, such as personnel, records control, and special management studies

　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

　　Collects and enters cattle information for daily operation purposes

　　Ensure animal number sequences match animal type

　　Email communication between harvest management

　　Approve and verify cattle at the end of the production day

　　Assists management with headcount reporting

　　Constant communication with the USDA

　　EXPERIENCE:

　　Coordinator experience preferred

　　Experience in similar work environment preferred.

　　Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills required

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills

　　SAP experience preferred

　　Bilingual preferred
