Sales Representative - Multi-Family Industry:
Seeking a motivated, competitive salesperson for assigned territory.
Lead account strategies, refine sales plays, and expand executive relationships.
Synthesize cohesive strategies for accelerated growth.
Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas.
Build, manage, and forecast an individual sales pipeline.
Generate customer leads and oversee existing accounts.
Develop consultative approach for solution selling.
Willingness to travel within a specific region (50%-70%) for client visits and trade shows.
About You:
Experienced B2B Sales Professional, with 3+ years in commissioned outside B2B Sales, exceeding quotas, preferably in Multi-Family Industry.
Proven ability to work autonomously and creatively in a remote role.
Track record of closing sales and meeting/exceeding company goals.
Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and building key decision-maker relationships.
Motivated self-starter with a successful revenue-driving history.
Salesforce CRM and Property Management experience is a plus.
Develop and execute plans to increase relationships with C-level executives.
Build trust-based relationships with internal teams.
Proactively address growth inhibitors in the assigned territory.
Maintain and enhance business relationships with existing clients and prospects.

This position has a target base salary of:
$70,000.00
and annual commission target of:
$55,000.00
Quadient, Inc. has target base salary and target incentive compensation for our sales roles, that are based on function, level, and scope.
