JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: Eau Claire, WI Position: ProductionAssociate Pay: \$17.64/hr. Shift: Monday-Friday - 7:00 am- 3:30 pm*overtime may be required. While reporting to the shift supervisor, asa Production Associate you will be responsible for efficiently,effectively, accurately and safely working with corrugated, foam, wood,and hardware materials to assemble customer fabricated packaging tocustomer specifications. What you will be doing: Closely follow allorder and quality instructions: CQS, production print, productionpacket, etc. Ensure all safety, quality, and operating procedures arefollowed at all times. Accurately report product data: piece count,times, work order #, etc. and maintain records as required. Dispose ofscrap by baling, disposing or storing in designated area as required.Take required measurements using a tape measure, or other measuringdevice or gauge, and work from drawings, prints and specs as required.Maintaining a safe, clean and organized work area (good housekeeping).Maintain and document quality checks confirming specifications for eachjob ran, including 1st piece and periodic checks. Performing all dutiesas designated by supervisor/manager - communicate all quality,personnel, machine, and tool issues to supervisor immediately. Assist inPhysical inventory at month end, year-end, and during audits. You will need to able to perform repetitious duties andstanding for long periods of time while working quickly to maintaining ahigh level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
