The Field ServiceTechnician will interact with customers daily regarding their equipment,provide excellent customer service, and accurately provide informationregarding service or repair while building and maintaining professionalrelationships. The primary purpose of this role is to providepreventative and repair services, but implementation support will alsobe provided by this role when needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES andRESPONSIBILITIES: Perform diagnostic analysis and repairs onstate-of-the-art vehicle wash equipment. Assist in the installation ofnew vehicle wash equipment as necessary. Perform scheduled preventativemaintenance. Maintain an accurate inventory of parts on company-providedvehicle. Maintain tools and test equipment in a professional manner.Observe internal and external process\', policies, and proceduresgoverning service delivery.
