Complete pre-screening activities prior topatient exams. Prepare work orders for Optical Lab. Process medicalbilling information. Maintain frame inventory. DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES: CUSTOMER SERVICE Provide excellent customer andpatient service according to company and store standards Analyze patienteyewear needs Recommend specific lenses, lens coatings and frames tosatisfy patient needs Assist patients in selecting frames according tostyle and color.
